The score is a weighted sum of 15 answers across six domains. Every weight is fixed, published, and mapped to a clause of ISO 22301 and a measure of NIS2 Article 21. An accountant, an insurer or an auditor can reproduce it by hand.
Resiliens produces evidence prepared for NIS2. It does not make anyone compliant, and it never says so.
